Data Processing Agreement

This DPA forms part of your agreement with Figtures when you use GrowthDailySeo as a business customer. It describes how we process personal data on your behalf.

Roles

You are the data controller for content and end-user data on your sites. Figtures (GrowthDailySeo) acts as data processor for account, configuration, and operational data you provide.

Processing scope

We process account identifiers, site configuration, generated drafts, connected Search Console metrics, webhook delivery logs, and support communications solely to provide the service.

Security measures

Per-tenant database isolation, encrypted transport (TLS), hashed API keys, HMAC webhook signatures, and access limited to operational staff on a need-to-know basis.

Sub-processors

We maintain a current list in our Privacy Policy. We will notify customers of material changes via email or in-app notice.
